TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access to the download has been provided.

By purchasing digital content, the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to the product and acknowledges that this results in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

Except where required by law, PIECES OF LIFE WORLD, S.L. cannot offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns for digital products after purchase.

Return Deliveries

For physical products, we will happily issue a replacement or refund provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

All returned products must be free of use, damage, stains, odor, or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. They must also have their original tags and packaging attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

PIECES OF LIFE WORLD, S.L. will not be responsible for return packages lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund appears on your statement.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced physical products may be refunded.

Sale items, discounted products, promotional items, and digital products are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

PIECES OF LIFE WORLD, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of products, or the inability to access downloaded content due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
